On Tuesday, November 12th, the Redwings were entertained by a group of contemporary dancers titled Contra Tiempo. Contra Tiempo is a group of dancers from the Los Angeles area who express their passion for political injustices through their movements and music. Addressing issues like race, sexuality, and gender, Contra Tiempo connects with a multitude of students and teaches them that they are important. The group was hosted by the John Michael Kohler Art Center and held a performance there on Saturday, November 16th. Contra Tiempo puts on a beautiful performance for all ages to enjoy by playing fun music, while also teaching individuals that they hold importance in society.
